LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ALONGWITH THE APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION UNDER THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI (INCREDIBLE INDIA) BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS (REGISTRATION AND REGULATION) ACT, 2007.

Key points to be remembered while submitting the Application Form

Application Form shall be submitted online with correct information and complete documents because the information filled will be auto-generated/reflected in your final Digital Registration Certificate.
The e-mail address of the applicant should be correctly filled as all communication would be done on the said e-mail address only.
Registration fee:
(i) For Gold Category - Rs.5,000/-
(ii) For Silver Category - Rs.3,000/-

Payment of Registration fee to be done online.
In case, the payment is to be made offline, then Demand Draft Rs.5000/- for registration in Gold category and Rs.3000/- for registration in Silver Category in favour of Principal Secretary (Tourism), Government of N.C.T. of Delhi shall be submitted in the office (by hand) or Speed Post, addressed to Head of Office, 2nd Floor, C-Wing, Tourism Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Near Metcalfe House, Delhi-110054.

Note: Your application for registration under the Bed & Breakfast scheme will be accepted only after submission of requisite fees in the favour of Principal Secretary (Tourism) GNCT of Delhi, in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque within Two (02) working days from date of online submission of application form failing which, the application will be rejected out-rightly. The issue date of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque should not be older / earlier than 10 days prior to date of submission.

Physical inspection of the premises would be carried out only after the submission of all mandatory documents i.e. when the application is complete in all respect.
The timeline for disposal of the applications has now been reduced to 30 days (from earlier existing timeline of 90 days) under Ease of Doing Business for fast delivery of service.

The department has started digital delivery of service under this scheme and application once approved, the digitally signed Registration Certificate and Order can be downloaded from this portal.
The size of the pdf file should not be more than 500 KB and The Passport Size Photograph should be in .jpg format and the size of the jpg file should not be more than 100 KB.

In case, the applicant(s) possess the property through Rent/Lease Agreement or the applicant is not individually legal owner of the premises than a Special Power of Attorney(SPA) in favour of the applicant(s) duly registered by Sub-Registrar for a minimum period of 04 years.(Please upload the SPA and original document to be provided at the time of inspection).
Police Verification report (in original) in prescribed format. (Please upload online).see the format
Passport Size Photograph of the applicant.
Self declaration by Applicant (Please upload online).see the format
Layout Plan of all floors (separately on A4 size sheet) of the premises which is possession of the applicant (Please upload online)
Proof of residence (Voter I.D. / Valid Passport / Valid License / Ration Card/Aadhar Card) of the of the applicant (Please upload Online) ID proof of applicant/ owner and ID proof of other family members to be provided at the time of inspection.
Family background note of the applicant (Please upload online).
Proof of ownership :
Copy of Sale Deed/Conveyance Deed/Attorney Lease/Lease Documents. (Please upload online only First, Second and Last page and complete document to be provided at the time of inspection).
Scan Copy of DD (Demand Draft should not be older / earlier than 10 days prior to date of submission).
copy of earlier approval/rejection order (if applicable).

Note:

For Ownership proof, only registered documents will be accepted.
Notarized documents will not be accepted.
Special Power of Attorney will be accepted only registered for validity of minimum 04 years.
Police Verification Report will be accepted only in the prescribed format (Form-B).
Original documents to be provided at the time of inspection for verification.
